This is how the process goes on, from estimate to install.

1. Contact us, if you want to:

• Request a quote
You may decide to get a quote before you order. You can do that by telephoning or emailing us and quotes will be return within 24 to 48 hours.
• Book an appointment
Please contact us and make an appointment to visit our showroom. We work with many different stone suppliers. We can show you some samples and discuss your project face to face.

2. Stone selection
Every slab of stone tells a different story. Choose your favourite material and confirm your project requirements (surface finishes, edge profiles etc.).

3. Confirm your order
Final quote will be provided to you via email. You will need to confirm your order by submitting 50% deposit on the estimated cost to order material and fabricate. Another 30% should be submitted before delivery or collection of goods takes place.

4. Measure and template
Schedule a measurement with our fabricators at your convenience. We’ll take your project measurement and create a template for your project. Once the template is complete, please schedule a time to lay out your template/ measurements on your slab. This is an opportunity for you to see what exactly your material will look like before it is actually cut.

5. Fabrication
In this phase, after the template has been laid out on the slab, our master fabricators will work on the edge profiles, surface finishes and other details.

6. Installation
After the fabrication has been done, work with us to schedule your install date and time. Our skilled installers will then install your project, but the time taken for installation will depends on the complexity of the project.

7. Complete your payment
After your project has completed, we will ask you to pay any balance due to Season Stone.
